In the 1950's a British endocrinologist named A.T.W. Simeons M.D. discovered the amazing effects of hCG on weight loss. He had observed that obese women can actually lose weight during pregnancy! He also observed that malnourished women give birth to healthy babies. The phenomenon that allows both these conditions to happen is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin or hCG. This a hormone that is produced by the placenta in pregnant women. Dr. Simeons states that hCG causes the body to use stored fat for energy. It is a brilliant safety mechanism that nature has built in so the baby will have plenty of nourishment. Dr. Simeons administered the hormone by injection and had great success in his weight loss clinic in Italy, averaging a pound a day weight loss with his patients. The problem is his treatment required daily injections for a minimum of 23 days.

  • The program works well for men as well as women. Women should start immediately following their period
  • It is not recommended to exercise rigorously
  • You must complete a minimum of 26 day program, no matter how much or how little weight you have to lose 
  • If you have more than 15 pounds to lose, you would do a 46 day program and then take a break for 6 weeks 
  • Each program is followed by 3 weeks of as many calories as your body likes, but eating no starches and no sugar. 
  • After the 3 week stabilization period you will continue on to maintenance and be able to eat as you please without gaining weight while we monitor your weight

The program resets the brain, hypothalamus and metabolism so you can eat like a normal person and still maintain your ideal weight.
